The Festival.

This isn’t your grandma’s track meet.
In fact it’s more than a track meet. With more fun, more noise, more food, more music, more beer and more cowbell, the FloTrack Throwdown is an experience unlike any in the sport.
For the first time, fans will contribute to the prize purse of the event with a share of each beer, food or merch purchase going directly to the athletes who “throwdown!”

FAQs.

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

We surveyed the 1,000s of events we’ve covered, took the best bits of each, blended them and added a fat dollop of Flo flavor. Imagine it…the glorious Portland summertime weather, feats of athletic strength and skill, cold beer and mouth-watering food…then crank some EDM and buy your ticket.
We’re firm believers that track meets shouldn’t be any longer than 4 hours. Don’t get us wrong, we looove track, but 8 hours is too long to watch anything.
Buy a ticket to the event, then take a plane, train or automobile to Portland.
Upon arrival in PDX, fire up your GPS and search Duniway Park and go where
it tells you to go.
Honestly – parking isn’t the best at this place. The good news is that it’s
downtown and there’s plenty of ways to get around in DT PDX. We’ll have
incentives for those who ride bikes, it’s walk-able from many downtown hotels, and there’s this cool new thing called Uber.
If you must drive your own car, we will have some spots available – just be the early bird, not the worm.
Music makes everything better. Silence is not golden. Silence kind of sucks. Movies aren’t silent anymore…and while some hipsters think silent movies are cool again, the same people like skinny jeans, so consider the source. Including music at the Throwdown was a no-brainer– we’re gonna get weird!
Portland’s best brews and chews will be on- and in-hand.
